Veterinary practices
You are in a consultation. An owner is worried.Marianna picks up.
She notes the animal, what the person describes and the number, and offers a consultation subject to confirmation. She diagnoses nothing and does not replace emergency care.
On the call
What she is told, and what she does with it.
“Mon chat vomit depuis hier soir et ne mange plus, je m'inquiète.”
“Je voudrais un rendez-vous pour les vaccins de mon chiot.”
“Vous avez les résultats de l'analyse de Rex ?”
These sentences are in French, and they stay that way: Marianna's job description is written in French, which is the language in which she receives her instructions. On the phone, she answers in the caller's own language.
The calls she recognises
Every call has its family.
A family says what must be asked before recording. With no address, a job does not go out: it is our server that refuses it, not only her voice.
- Un animal malade ou blessé
- Vaccins, contrôle, intervention prévue
- Résultats ou suivi après une consultation
- Horaires, accès, services
- Facture ou paiement
- Laboratoire, confrère ou fournisseur
- Démarchage ou publicité
What she never says
The same refusals, in every trade.
- No price, not even a rough one. The quote stays yours.
- No date, no lead time for the job. It is your team that commits.
- Nothing invented: no guarantee, no state of progress, no colleague's name.
The next call, leave it to Marianna.
You keep your number. She picks up in your name, and you receive the record.
