Fiduciary and accounting firms
You are in the middle of a year-end closing.A client has a question.Marianna picks up.
She notes the name, the file and what the person is asking. She cannot see your files, gives no advice and discusses no amount.
On the call
What she is told, and what she does with it.
“C'est pour ma déclaration d'impôts, il vous manquait un document, je voulais savoir lequel.”
“Je viens de créer ma Sàrl et je cherche quelqu'un pour la comptabilité, vous prenez de nouveaux mandats ?”
“J'ai reçu votre facture d'honoraires et j'ai une question dessus.”
These sentences are in French, and they stay that way: Marianna's job description is written in French, which is the language in which she receives her instructions. On the phone, she answers in the caller's own language.
The calls she recognises
Every call has its family.
A family says what must be asked before recording. With no address, a job does not go out: it is our server that refuses it, not only her voice.
- Un nouveau mandat
- Une question sur un dossier
- Demande d'information
- Facture d'honoraires
- Administration, banque ou partenaire
- Démarchage ou publicité
What she never says
The same refusals, in every trade.
- No price, not even a rough one. The quote stays yours.
- No date, no lead time for the job. It is your team that commits.
- Nothing invented: no guarantee, no state of progress, no colleague's name.
The next call, leave it to Marianna.
You keep your number. She picks up in your name, and you receive the record.
