The rush. The floor wants you, the kitchen is calling, the phone rings at the worst possible moment. Arthur picks up in your place. You never step away from your service.

5languages

French, English, German, Italian, Portuguese. Your caller hears their own language. What reaches you is in French.

0hardware

You keep your number. Setting up call forwarding is all it takes, with no app to install. Reversible at any time.

9days

Call recordings are deleted after that. Automatically, without anyone having to think about it.

While you are on the floor

He takes the call. You keep the decision.

Réponds! never decides on its own. It structures the request, checks it against your real availability, and passes it to you for approval.

Reservations

He checks your real availability before announcing anything. An allergy, a pushchair, a high chair, a birthday to celebrate: everything the caller mentions reaches you with the reservation. And once you approve it, they receive their confirmation code by text message.

He never promises a table that does not exist

Orders

Takeaway and delivery alike. He recognises the dishes on your menu, reads out the total to the centime, checks your minimum order and makes sure the address falls inside your delivery radius.

The total is worked out by our servers, never guessed

Everything else

Opening hours, address, parking, terrace, pets. And when a request falls outside what he knows, he takes the message with the caller's number and passes it on to you there and then.

He never guesses at an answer he does not have

A CV can be read twice. A candidate has to be heard.

An owner sat him down across the table and put to him the ten questions a restaurateur really asks. His answers, in order, weak points included.

At the end, the owner hires him.

Before you start

The four questions everyone asks us.

Do I have to change my number?

No, and it matters: you keep your own. You switch on call forwarding from your own phone, and nothing changes for your guests. You can switch it off whenever you like, by dialling a code.

Will my guests notice?

Yes, because he says so himself at the very start of the call. It is the law, and it is also our choice. What people remember is that somebody answered them, instead of a phone ringing unanswered.

And if he cannot answer?

He does not guess. He takes the message with the caller's number and emails it to you there and then. You call back when you have two minutes, with everything already written down.

Where does my data go?

Your dashboard, your reservations book and your orders are hosted in Switzerland, at Infomaniak. The voice side, meaning the speech, the transcription and the telephony, goes through providers based in the United States, governed by standard contractual clauses. Recordings there are deleted after nine days.

The phone rings. Someone answers.
